Our Gladiator had some damage and we were worried about how bad the process would be and how good the outcome might be. Firkins assured us up front that they would handle everything and make our Jeep like new and that is exactly what they did! Firkins took a paniced call from me at 4 pm to repair a tire air leak. I did not have a wheel unlock key to get the wheel/tire off. Two other tire service places previously turned me down. Fortunately Firkins had the right unlock key and fixed the leak by 5.

I had some repairs done to my Ram. The service rep kept me informed throughout the whole process and provided pictures. The repairs were done e faster than expected. All the repairs were legitimate but the total cost seemed very high considering what was done.

I stopped by without an appointment for a caution light issue. I was greeted by a friendly representative. Jake from service kept me informed of the issue and progress. The service was completed that day. We also were very comfortable in the nice lounge area .

My car battery died and I had to bring it in. I’m not used to dealing with cars and Greg was absolutely wonderful. So kind thoughtful helped me and explain things to me so I understood it better and he went out of his way to check a couple of things that I had questions about. I was so happy with him.

I purchased a vehicle online from there and had to fly there to get it. They put me off on the pickup date. I double checked before I booked my flight and was told that the van will be ready book the flight. The night before I called just to remind them of my arrival time and was told that it was not ready yet. They had to complete an inspection. Friendly place, however they don't know what's going on in the shop. They performed the wrong work on the vehicles and still charges for it. Prices are also very high.

Firkins took a paniced call from me at 4 pm to repair a tire air leak. I did not have a wheel unlock key to get the wheel/tire off. Two other tire service places previously turned me down. Fortunately Firkins had the right unlock key and fixed the leak by 5.

Firkins took a paniced call from me at 4 pm to repair a tire air leak. I did not have a wheel unlock key to get the wheel/tire off. Two other tire service places previously turned me down. Fortunately Firkins had the right unlock key and fixed the leak by 5.
