There was a slight delay in me getting back on the road as quickly as anticipated due to a mix-up, but Jake was very aware of the timing and addressed the issue promptly. He was incredibly helpful throughout the process and made every effort to keep checking on the status and push for urgency. I’ll definitely be returning for my next maintenance appointment. This dealership forged my signature on a tax document - Clean Vehicle Seller Report one month after I purchased a new Jeep Wrangler 4xe vehicle. They stated that I transferred the tax credit to the dealer. This is completely false and I never agreed to the transfer or signed this document.

I own a 2019 2500 cummins. Replaced the original dash in 2021 because it was coming apart. Bought the extended warranty for @$3,000.00 and found out later the dash is not covered by the extended warranty(contrary to what the warranty salesman had said. Ram Doesn't Care dropped the ball on two warranty requests and pushed it to the dealer. The Dealers best offer was to split the cost. This is a well know defective part that should be replaced by Ram. This was my experience, I hope yours is better.
In a year that has already had so much tragedy trading in our truck to purchase a jeep Gladiator from Firkins a dealership we have dealt with so many times should have been smooth! I was calling about a vehicle that I found online the salesman put me on hold so he could gather information about it I stayed on hold for 27 minutes until I finally had enough and hung up. The salesman took my phone number before he went to gather information in case we were disconnected and yet he never called me back.
This dealer had a used Jeep for sale. I called to inquire about purchasing the Jeep cash money no trade-in. Straight sale. They raised the price $2000.00 due to the fact I was paying cash and no trade-in.
Took our 2023 Wrangler in for oil change and tire rotation at Firkins in Bradenton. Decided to do a 5 tire rotation including the spare. When I got home, I needed to get something out of the back of the vehicle. Upon closing the rear door, I noticed a wobble from the spare. The technician had simply put the locking lug nut on one of the studs and hadn’t tightened it and neglected to put the other two lug nuts on entirely! First time Sahara jeep owner and without a doubt, one of the worst experiences in buying a new vehicle. Now that there is a "death wobble" that is covered under warranty but that has not been repaired correctly, everyone at the dealership went dark. Eric is an excellent service representative! Eric is very knowledgeable, helpful and understanding. He made me feel comfortable about talking care of my vehicle. I had an issue with my water pump and he had it fixed in a timely manner. Very satisfied with his service and I would recommend Firkins in a heart beat!

Firkins has not failed us in the 2 years I have been here the repairs you have done on my 2010 Dodge Dakota have kept it on the road and it is still a great truck and 13 years old it runs and feels like it did when it was 3 years old and now that Dodge has discontinued making parts Firkins has met the challenge and made many repairs that are making it a classic V8 truck I hope we get over this climate lie and get back to making MOPARS again!!!

I moved to this area 19 years ago, I had a 1998 Jeep Cherokee at the time and began using Firkins for service. Since then there has been an unbreakable bond that has formed. In 2014 I bought another Cherokee from the dealership and it's extremely while maintained because of the care that it's received each time I take it there for service.

Brian and the team exceeded my expectations in upgrading the stock bumper of my 2018 Wrangler JL Sport to the Mopar off road steel bumper to match the front off road bumper they upgraded previously. It was really nice to get it the great service after waiting 5 months to get the bumper. I own a 2019 2500 cummins. Replaced the original dash in 2021 because it was coming apart. Bought the extended warranty for @$3,000.00 and found out later the dash is not covered by the extended warranty(contrary to what the warranty salesman had said. Ram Doesn't Care dropped the ball on two warranty requests and pushed it to the dealer. The Dealers best offer was to split the cost. I own a 2019 2500 cummins. Replaced the original dash in 2021 because it was coming apart. Bought the extended warranty for @$3,000.00 and found out later the dash is not covered by the extended warranty(contrary to what the warranty salesman had said. Ram Doesn't Care dropped the ball on two warranty requests and pushed it to the dealer. The Dealers best offer was to split the cost. This is a well know defective part that should be replaced by Ram. This was my experience, I hope yours is better.
In a year that has already had so much tragedy trading in our truck to purchase a jeep Gladiator from Firkins a dealership we have dealt with so many times should have been smooth! I was calling about a vehicle that I found online the salesman put me on hold so he could gather information about it I stayed on hold for 27 minutes until I finally had enough and hung up. The salesman took my phone number before he went to gather information in case we were disconnected and yet he never called me back.

Took our 2023 Wrangler in for oil change and tire rotation at Firkins in Bradenton. Decided to do a 5 tire rotation including the spare. When I got home, I needed to get something out of the back of the vehicle. Upon closing the rear door, I noticed a wobble from the spare. I moved to this area 19 years ago, I had a 1998 Jeep Cherokee at the time and began using Firkins for service. Since then there has been an unbreakable bond that has formed. Brian and the team exceeded my expectations in upgrading the stock bumper of my 2018 Wrangler JL Sport to the Mopar off road steel bumper to match the front off road bumper they upgraded previously. It was really nice to get it the great service after waiting 5 months to get the bumper.
