Purchased a vehicle with Tom and he was the best! Made sure I was taken care of during the process. The car needed some touch up paint and Tom made sure to get me in as soon as possible. Bryan with the body shop was the best as well.. set me up with a rental car until my car was finished. Couldn’t have asked for better people to deal with other than Tom and Bryan.. very communicative, professional, makes sure you are satisfied! Highly recommend these guys at Firkins!

Eric is an excellent service representative! Eric is very knowledgeable, helpful and understanding. He made me feel comfortable about talking care of my vehicle. I had an issue with my water pump and he had it fixed in a timely manner. Very satisfied with his service and I would recommend Firkins in a heart beat!

Very customer service oriented and work hard to make a deal. They made several text contacts to ensure everything was going well up to making appointment and followup.

I hah to have some service on my van which is a 2011 Town. & Country. The service department was extremely friendly and fixed it for me despite needing quite a bit of repairs. Thank you Brent for keeping me informed as the work went on.

....Weds. pickup blows cold air!.....Thursday she blows Hot Hot!...of course its after 6 to find this out. LOL So, called the service department at 8am and spoke with Jon. Said to bring her in and they would try to work her in. Be there in 30! Met Jon and gratefully had the courtesy van take me back home. Around 1130 Jon calls with the good/bad/good news. Good - found the problem. Bad $2200 and have to order the parts. Good - Extended warranty covered all but the $100 deductible. 🙂 Left it over the weekend so to be first in line when ...

Mikail & the collision team at Firkins are top notch! Unfortunately, I’ve had to take my car here twice this year - but it has been THE best experience. My car was keyd really bad and most body shops turned me away and told me to just trade it in for another car??? Firkins took on the project and made my car look brand new. Firkins has not failed us in the 2 years I have been here the repairs you have done on my 2010 Dodge Dakota have kept it on the road and it is still a great truck and 13 years old it runs and feels like it did when it was 3 years old and now that Dodge has discontinued making parts Firkins has met the challenge and made many repairs that are making it a classic V8 truck I hope we get over this climate lie and get back to making MOPARS again!!!

I moved to this area 19 years ago, I had a 1998 Jeep Cherokee at the time and began using Firkins for service. Since then there has been an unbreakable bond that has formed. In 2014 I bought another Cherokee from the dealership and it's extremely while maintained because of the care that it's received each time I take it there for service.

Brian and the team exceeded my expectations in upgrading the stock bumper of my 2018 Wrangler JL Sport to the Mopar off road steel bumper to match the front off road bumper they upgraded previously. It was really nice to get it the great service after waiting 5 months to get the bumper. Oil change was done at promised price and done in less than hour. Shout outs to Oshie and Bill who both provided excellent customer service. All without an appointment. Good work guys and girls. The mechanic reset the oil indicator and checked and documented all fluid levels and tire pressures. The break room provided A/C and refreshments. No complaints. Thanks Firkins staff.

The whole visit was upbeat. It seems you folks really keep trying to improve, its noticeable. I like that. It's good to see Billy Dell. Also, the welcoming lady ( long hair) was a treat. See you next time. Don
