2024 Dodge Charger
For 2024, Dodge plans to release its popular Charger vehicle with significant changes. Gone are the days when this muscle car used a powerful gas-powered engine to deliver a loud and robust driving experience. Instead, the new Charger will operate entirely on electricity. Turning one of the most well-known muscle cars into an all-electric model is a big undertaking, but Dodge is up for the challenge.
Not too much is currently known about the 2024 Dodge Charger. However, based on other available vehicles and some concept designs released by Dodge, we can make a few educated guesses. The 2024 Charger will likely have a range of nearly 500 miles while providing anywhere between 455 and 590 horsepower. This will make it comparable to the latest models but without the need to fill up with gas. 2024 Dodge Hornet
Dodge re-released the Hornet in 2023, adding this compact SUV to its lineup. For the 2024 model year, Dodge significantly upgraded the 2023 version by adding an R/T plug-in hybrid powertrain. Now, you can get your Dodge Hornet with a 1.3-liter turbocharged engine that powers the front wheels and an electric motor that operates the rear ones. This system produces 288 horsepower and will also improve fuel efficiency, with the ability to drive 32 miles on purely electric power per charge.
The 2024 model will retain all the excellent features of the 2023 model while also adding a few others. For example, you’ll still find a spacious cabin with stylish black upholstery and red stitching. A 10.3-inch infotainment touch-screen display uses the latest Uconnect 5 software to deliver a modern entertainment experience. As for safety features, the Hornet comes standard with automated emergency braking, a lane departure warning, and lane-keep assist. Finally, on select trims, you can now add features such as a power liftgate, adaptive cruise control, and parallel and perpendicular parking functionality.
You can’t go wrong with the latest Dodge Hornet if you’re looking for a smaller SUV that provides great gas efficiency while still delivering a fun and modern driving experience.
2024 Dodge Durango
The Dodge Durango returns for 2024, giving you a great option if you’re looking for an SUV that’s on the larger side. It has a spacious interior and plenty of cargo space, making it an excellent choice for families or anyone who regularly needs to transport larger items. The Durango remains largely the same as the 2023 model but with a few more options.
For example, the Citadel trim of the Durango now comes with the Tow N Go package, which allows the Durango to tow up to 8,700 pounds. This package also upgrades other SUV areas, including high-performance brakes and an adaptive suspension. Another change is that a Durango with the Trailer Tow package also receives an improved blind-spot monitoring feature that considers the trailer. If you’re looking for a large and versatile SUV, the 2024 Dodge Durango is an excellent choice to explore.
The Dodge Challenger
Finally, one more change for 2024 is that Dodge is no longer offering the Dodge Challenger. The Dodge Challenger has been around since 2007, offering an excellent muscle-car experience and premium features. Thanks to its powerful performance and unique styling, it’s remained one of the more well-known muscle cars on the road each year.
However, just because Dodge isn’t releasing a 2024 Dodge Challenger doesn’t mean you can’t find another Challenger. If you’re interested in getting yourself a muscle car, you can check out our used options to see if we have any pre-owned Dodge Challengers in stock. We also regularly update our inventory. Why Choose a Dodge Vehicle?
Regardless of the Dodge model you choose, you’re getting a high-quality vehicle and one of the best driving experiences available today. Dodge not only places significant emphasis on the performance of its vehicles but also on interior comfort. In all its models, you’ll find advanced features such as infotainment touch-screen displays, onboard Wi-Fi, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto integrations, adaptive cruise control, a premium stereo audio system, and high-quality materials throughout the cabin.
Best of all, Dodge vehicles are affordable. When you compare Dodge models to their counterparts from other manufacturers, you’ll likely find that you’re getting more for your dollar by opting for a Dodge vehicle. Lastly, new Dodge vehicles come with warranty coverage to help protect you on the road. You’ll find both a limited and powertrain warranty on all new models to protect you against expensive repairs for the first few years of ownership.
